I had a fantastic one-night stay with a clean and super comfortable room, a lovely balcony for relaxing, a cozy patio, and delicious breakfast.

I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was tasty with home made marmalade, local products, sausages. Generally the service was nice, the room was exceptionally nice with terrace, garden and tasty breakfast.

Location next to Alpine lake, Munchen, and Rottach-Egern. Also, in such area.

Had a wonderful Xmas at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the location is fantastic, with easy access to the lake and other towns nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who provided us with a bus card for free travel. We also appreciated the cozy and warm room that made us feel like home during the cold winter weather.

The room had a slightly old-fashioned style, which may not suit everyone's taste. there was no bar or staff available after 6:30pm which made it difficult to get a cup of tea or coffee in the evening.

The breakfast had a good selection of food options and some dishes tasted yummy. the hotel was located near Tegernsee Lake and there are transportation facilities nearby. the room was comfortable, with a bed that was big and soft.

The cleanliness of the room, there were dust and stains on some surfaces, and the bathroom was not that clean as I thought it should be. the air conditioning was not working properly, and it was annoying to have to make a lot of calls to have it fixed.
